Course Overview:
This five-day instructor-led course provides IT professionals with the knowledge and skills required to deploy and manage Windows 10 desktops, devices, and applications in an enterprise environment. Students will learn how to plan and implement Windows 10 deployments in large organizations. Students will also learn how to manage the Windows 10 installations after deployment to provide secure identity and data access by using technologies related to User Experience Virtualization (UE-V), Group Policy, Work Folders and Client Hyper-V. To support a variety of device and data management solutions, Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Store for Business and Office 365 are used for device management. These services are part of the Enterprise Mobility+ Security, which provides identity and access management, cloud-based device management, application and update management, and more secure data access to information stored both on the cloud and onsite within your corporate network.

    Course Overview:

    The Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) course delivers the security discipline of digital forensics from a vendor-neutral perspective. CHFI is a comprehensive course covering major forensic investigation scenarios and enabling students to acquire necessary hands-on experience with various forensic investigation techniques and standard forensic tools necessary to successfully carry out a computer forensic investigation leading to the prosecution of perpetrators.

    The CHFI certification gives participants the necessary skills to perform an effective digital forensics investigation. CHRI presents a methodological approach to computer forensics including searching and seizing, chain-of-custody, acquisition, preservation, analysis and reporting of digital evidence

    Course Objectives:

    • Establish threat intelligence and key learning points to support pro-active profiling and scenario modeling
    • Perform anti-forensic methods detection
    • Perform post-intrusion analysis of electronic and digital media to determine the who, where, what, when, and how the intrusion occurred
    • Extract and analyze of logs from various devices like proxy, firewall, IPS, IDS, Desktop, laptop, servers, SIM tool, router firewall, switches AD server, DHCP logs, Access Control Logs & conclude as part of investigation process
    • Identify & check the possible source/ incident origin
    • Recover deleted files and partitions in Windows, MAC OS X, and Linux
    • Conduct reverse engineering for known and suspected malware files

    PP-244: CIPM + CIPP/E 4 Day GDPR Ready

     

    Course Overview:

    A combined course of CIPM + CIPP/E. Achieving a CIPM credential shows that you have a comprehensive knowledge of how data protection programs should work across an organization. Combine with a CIPP/E credential and prove that you not only can manage a data protection program, but you understand the regulations that govern them.

    With a CIPM and CIPP/E combined you’ll be uniquely equipped to fulfill the DPO requirements of the GDPR.     Course Overview: PA-243: Palo Alto Networks Firewall Debug and Troubleshoot is a three-day course on how to troubleshoot the full line of Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls. Students will receive hands-on experience troubleshooting the security, networking, threat prevention, logging, and reporting features of the Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® operating system. Upon completion of this class, students will have an in-depth knowledge of how to troubleshoot visibility and control over applications, users, and content. This is not a virtualized theoretical course.  This is hands-on, real world instruction, directly relevant to the DoD and Commercial implementations of Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls.

    Each student is issued a physical Palo Alto firewall and a Cisco layer 3 switch at their desk.  Real hardware per student for real experience and real skill development.  TechNow provides a very comprehensive client infrastructure that includes Windows, Linux, and multiple packet sniffer agents.

    The instructor for this course has been a lead in Unix kernel development to implement firewall and intrusion detection technologies. Additionally, the instructor has taught several security appliance products and carries several SANS, ISC2, ISACA, Cisco, Unix, and Windows certifications.
