I have a much clearer understanding of networking fundamentals that I never would've received via CBTs. I'd heard really good things about Tim Burkard's teaching skills and now I know they're true. I wouldn't mind taking other classes that he teaches,

Facilities comments: BEST HOTEL!!!!!!! AMAZING LOCATION, GOOD FOOD, NICE SPACE. The location of the hotel is what is almost the best about it. Driving up hwy 10 in the morning is absolutely awful.

The focus of Red Hat OpenStack Administration I: Core Operations for Cloud Operators (CL110) will be managing OpenStack using both the web-based dashboard and the command-line interface, in addition to managing instances and installing a proof-of-concept environment using Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) director. Instructor comments: Dave was great! (as always). Wealth of knowledge and a master at customizing course content to match the education level of his students. The class kept entirely in pace with where we were at as a group overall on a day to day basis.

Facilities comments: Facilities were overall really nice. The only complaint is that the hotel / conference center had us move rooms on one occasion, and kicked us out early on two others. I would assume this is due to the last minute location change, so I don't think there is anything anyone could have done better in the situation.
