What are you to do when you need your people trained, but there is no qualified training center in your area? You can send them to another city, but that is very expensive, often doubling or tripling the price quote due to salary and travel costs.

TechNow has an innovative system that can come to your rescue. We call it Classroom in a Box.

Do you like our training? Well, we can bring it to you! We bring what we need to hold the class including books, computers as needed, and the instructor. You supply the students.

With all of our courses, we are a mobile Pearson VUE testing center. Certification exams will be delivered on the last day of class.

IT-113: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 – Foundations Course

Course Overview:

ITIL Version 4 is divided into 5 areas: Continual Service Improvement; Service Strategy; Service Design; Service Transition; and Service Operation. These 5 areas support the overall focus of ITIL’s service management through the Service Life cycle. IT-113: IT Infrastructure LIbrary (ITIL)- Foundations Course provides a detailed introduction of terms, definitions, benefits, and relationships of the following function and processes as well as roles and responsibilities that supports them.
