Students will learn the knowledge and tools necessary to manage Linux systems from the command line, as well as how to manage user administration, file permissions, software configurations, and Linux based clients, server systems and security. Let us help you prepare for the CompTIA Linux+ exam (XK0-005).

Course Overview:
CT-225: Network+ is a five-day course that teaches students the fundamentals of networking. Through hands-on training, students learn the vendor-independent networking skills & concepts that affect all aspects of networking, such as installing & configuring the TCP/IP client. The course also helps to prepare students for three popular certification examinations: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Networking Essentials, and Novell Networking Technologies.

This course will prepare students for the objectives covered in the CompTIA SecurityX certification exam (CVO-005).
Attendees to CT-425: CompTIA SecurityX will receive TechNow approved course materials and expert instruction.

Minimum of 10 years general hands on IT experience
5 years being hands-on security
CompTIA Certification: Network+

OR equivalent knowledge
