ITIL Version 4 is divided into 5 areas: Continual Service Improvement; Service Strategy; Service Design; Service Transition; and Service Operation.  These 5 areas support the overall focus of ITIL’s service management through the Service Life cycle.  IT-113: IT Infrastructure LIbrary (ITIL)- Foundations Course provides a detailed introduction of terms, definitions, benefits, and relationships of the following function and processes as well as roles and responsibilities that supports them.

PenTest+ is an intermediate-level certification for cybersecurity professionals who are tasked with penetration testing to identify, exploit, report, and manage vulnerabilities on a network. PenTest+ is at the same certification level as CT-395: CySA+. The focus of Red Hat OpenStack Administration I: Core Operations for Cloud Operators (CL110) will be managing OpenStack using both the web-based dashboard and the command-line interface, in addition to managing instances and installing a proof-of-concept environment using Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) director.
