New DoD. 8570 Requirements

Just recently the Department of Defense approved several new courses for its computer network defenders. Of the new courses added to the DoD requirements we are now offering: CEH, ISSEP and CAP.

Certified Ethical Hackers are skilled professionals who know how to think and act like a hacker. To clarify, Ethical Hackers are apart of the information assurance workforce in which they analyze, monitor and detect illegitimate activity within the DoD information systems and computer networks. Information Systems Security Engineering Professional was developed in conjunction with the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) providing an invaluable tool for any systems security engineering professional. The Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP) certification is a measurement of the knowledge, skills and abilities that are required for personnel involved in the process of certifying and accrediting security of information systems. As of March 13, the work experience domains have changed from five domains to four domains.

We are also now offering Systems Security Certified Practitioner, which is a five day course that offers junior security professionals a way to validate their experience and demonstrate competence in (ISC)2®’s seven domains.
