Before attending this course, students should possess a Cisco Certification Network Associate (CCNA) certification or the equivalent knowledge (working knowledge of basic network security & a solid grasp to TCP/IP & fundamental networking concepts).  The Cisco Voice over IP (CVOICE) class is also suggested.
